Harvey was a great personality and great trainer too. I was lucky enough to be a trainee on one Saturday training in Casiobury park in Oct 2012. Most experienced trainers and trainees wgi were part of that training said that Harvey always had something new to train & his sessions were always more challenging. It was the most challenging training session for sure. After that session I had requested him to conduct at least one training session in a month. But due to his health unfortunately it never happened again, but he was used to be in Casiobury park on most Saturdays to see training sessions. We will miss him and unfortunately will not see him on Saturday. Thank you very much for his time and encouragement and all that he has give to the club and everyone else. May his soul rest in peace and god bless him.

Harvey was tireless in all aspects of running - always ready with training advice and giving me rigorous massage sessions for an hour when in his 80s. He bought me a drink on my first nervous evening at the Joggers and was always an amiable and lively and a great bloke to talk to . Harvey you were my hero, I'll miss you a lot
